Clockwork Planet Chapter 24 & 25

Fuh, that was quite a long wait. But here it is, the last 2 chapters of the volume. From now on, we will be using magazine raws. That means more redraws. So updates might be slower. Do understand that.

Also, mag raws are pretty expensive for this series, so in exception for the next 2 chapters, we will try to get it once a month. Due to the budget restriction.
